In order to prevent nuclear genocide, we must, decisively, change directions; first step is joining nuclear test ban. The Bush Administration unwisely opposed Senate ratification of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), declaring it was not in the interests of national security. It's time for the United States to acknowledge that the CTBT is supportive of national security interests and to assume a role of international leadership in living up to the CTBT.

U.S., please, join nuclear test ban
Dear Representative
Hi. Please, quickly reintroduce House legislation H.RES.882 which calls for a bipartisan process to ratify the CTBT and H.RES.68 which calls for the development of strategies to eliminate nuclear weapons from United States and worldwide arsenals. Thanx. Goodbye.
Matutinally Yours,
