Canine Warriors of the Vietnam War are America's unsung heroes. They are just as much a contributing factor, in some cases more so, than any American who served in the Vietnam War and are credited as responsible for saving over 10,000 American lives in that war. They deserve honor and recognition for their service and the ultimate sacrifice, for they were euthanized when the "need" for them expired...My ultimate goal is to have a memorial statue of a lifesize Canine Warrior (German Shepherd) with a plaque explaining the facts above, placed at or near the Vietnam War Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C. Thank you for your support in this mission!
Honor Vietnam war dogs
Greetings,
I just signed the following petition addressed to: U.S. House of Representatives Washington, DC 20515 (202) 224-3121.

Honor Vietnam war dogs
They are America's unsung heroes. They are just as much a contributing factor, in some cases more so, than any American who served in the Vietnam War and are credited as responsible for saving over 10,ooo American lives in that war. They deserve recognition for their service and the ultimate sacrifice, for they were euthanized when the "need" for them expired...they earned this right.

Sincerely,
