Cesar Velez is a US Citizen, an active US Army reservist and a war veteran that served this country for the freedom of all of us. Cesar was reported missing on November 17, 2010, a year close to his disappearance and not even an offer to help we have received from the US  government for someone that gave his life for this country. We need to change this we need help. A non citizen baseball player was reported to be kidnapped in Venezuela and hours after his disaperance the FBI offered to help.  Cesar has been missing for almost a year now and not a single agency has offered to help with the search. Cesar is a US Citizen, an Army reservist and a war of Iraq Veteran. Please help!
