1. Students are given a voice wherever important decisions are made with full representation on university council, on all council committees and on the university planning and resources committee (UPARC).

2. The university becomes an official living wage employer, declaring that it pays no staff less than the minimum cost needed to live in Bristol, £7.20 per hour.

3. The university implement a pay-ratio system, as other public institutions have done successfully, whereby no member of staff is paid more than ten times that of another, pro rata.
