The University at Albany's Parking and Mass Transit Services department runs the highest-revenue-generating parking management system of any campus within the State University of New York system of 64 campuses.

We therefore ask for the following:

(1) That Parking and Mass Transit Services opens their appeal process to public view.
(2) That Parking and Mass Transit Services reconsiders its decision on booting cars after collecting $100 of tickets.
(3) That Parking and Mass Transit Services, in conjunction with ITS, develops a system to inform a student or staff member of impending towing, if such an action is needed.

The importance is that as a public university, this university - nor any public institution of higher learning - has the right to impose violations on private property (i.e. vehicles) and with consideration of no transparent appeal process, that due process is not being upheld.
