Prosecute Federally and Triple Penalties for Crimes by Sworn Public Servants. I feel we rely on our law enforcement, children's services workers, the judicial system and Judges to be a cut above the rest where personal integrity and honor are concerned. Our complete trust in them and the trust we relay to our children is paramount in maintaining a healthy un-fearing relationship with authority. When someone breaks that trust we need to send the message loud and clear that it will not be tolerated. Instate "Betrayal of Public Trust" penalties. Public servants should be subject to triple prison time if convicted of a crime.
