The "Citizens United" ruling granted "personhood" to corporations, giving them the "right" to spend unlimited amounts of money to influence elections - without ever having to disclose where the money is coming from. This has resulted in the unrestrained manipulation of both our economy and the political process by faceless corporations who have put individuals in Congress to write and enact legislation and tax policy that has only benefited the top 1% of the population while crushing the middle and lower classes. This is - literally - destroying America. We will NOT SURVIVE if this is not changed - and only Congress - and the people who elect it - have the power to undo the damage caused by this disastrous Supreme Court ruling.
