Women who flee Domestic Violence are often threatened with having their children removed from them by the various government agencies if they stay with their violent partner and then family court allows the violent father to harass stalk and demoralize the victim further under the pretence of going for custody .This needs to be stopped now children's safety should be a priority not the rights of the fathers.If a father is abusive in anyway to the mother or children contact should NEVER be allowed.
