As explained on my blog, http://donpennington.blogspot.com/2012/11/why-i-want-officer-christopher-webb-of.html, a report from the Smoking Gun tells of Officer Webb's reckless tasering of a 10-year-old boy during Career Day at his school. In addition to the act itself, the officer filed a false report to his superiors, in an attempt to cover up his negligent and abusive behavior.

The child's family is suing the police department but this is not enough. If the officer is so willing to lie about a situation involving the health and safety of an innocent 10-year-old child, it's not too far removed from the imagination, he's willing to make false reports when dealing with less desirable elements of society. In short, he cannot be trusted to uphold the law.
