California voters are going to decide on the legalization of marijuana for recreational use. November 2, 2010 will go down in history. How can a person in California get the right to vote on legalization and a person in another state does not? What happened to all men shall be created equal? Tell Congress we want the same right to vote on the legalization of recreational use of marijuana!!!

The right to vote on legalization of marijuana in all 50 states

Greetings,

We the people want the right to vote on the legalization of medicinal and recreational use of marijuana in all of these UNITED STATES of AMERICA. As you may or may not know, Californians get this right on November 2. I was always taught in school that THE CONSTITUTION of THE UNITED STATES declares "all men shall be created equal", "certain inalienable rights". How is it that some of our country men and women get the right to vote and others do not?

We declare our right to vote on the complete legalization of marijuana in all 50 states. To reject our declaration would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!! If one gets to vote WE ALL GET TO VOTE!!!
