On Jan 21, 2009 President Obama said “Transparency and the Rule of Law will be the Touchstones of this Presidency.”  Instead, Obama's administration has not been transparent for FOIA requests and lawsuits.  President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder are aware of the current lawsuit in California Northern District Court, Case No. 12cv03236 EJD regarding educational fraud involving Margaret Spellings and others requiring a graduate student to cover up school unlawfulness and child molestation. Tell the President Obama, Eric Holder and Arne Duncan  - "stop using tax money to cover for government insiders, a child molester, and a school committing fraud."

Background:

In 2008 Margaret Spellings, Nancy C. Regan, and Cheryl Oldham allowed unwritten policies to trump written policies of the Association of Theological Schools and Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities that can be used by 422 schools from 39 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the sovereign country of Canada. The unwritten policies are used to support "quality" master degree programs and course work requirements including:

1) silencing free speech and religious beliefs;

2) altering or obstructs religious practices;

3) gagging the student or family member concerning the sexual misconduct of Steve Korch with a minor in 1975; 

4) causing students or families to not file complaints to the government; 

5) threatening financial vengeance and liquidated damages against students or families if they file complaints to the government about unlawfulness by schools or employees; 

6) gagging students and family members to not be whistleblowers; 

7) prohibiting the student or a family member from informing the Internal Revenue Service or the California Franchise Tax Board concerning tax evasion; 

8) dismissing prior complaints to the government and more

Currently, the Obama administration is using tax money to cover for Margaret Spellings' fraud and special interests groups.
