The following states request a peaceful withdraw from the United States of America and create its own new government: New York, Colorado, Oregon, New Jersey North Dakota, Montana, Indiana, Mississippi, Georgia, Kentucky, Florida, North Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Florida,  South Carolina, Missouri, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

The Declaration of Independence, written in 1776 clearly states the following lines:

"...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government..."

The Federal Government is extremely large. Much larger than our founding fathers intended, and with great size, comes what many would consider great power. Those powers are to defend the constitution, uphold the constitution, and protect it's citizens. Not create unconstitutional laws, that harm the citizens of this nation. Many of the policies and laws enacted as of late, do nothing to protect it's citizens or create new jobs. Many individuals are now without work, and many more are in the process of getting laid off. With the new ObamaCare that will be enacted, many jobs will not build new businesses, and will either cut their labor force from full-time to part-time employment, or cut their labor force. We, the people of this "United States of America" have the authority, due right, and moral obligation to defend and protect our own constitution, and if such time that can't be made possible, then it shall be made to stand together and create a new set of laws that will protect what was set in place by the original founding fathers.
