Demand termination of NCCU Chancellor Nelms for misuse of credit card

The North Carolina Central University (NCCU) Chancellor's credit card is a state-issued credit card, and state-issued credit cards are to only be used for official state business. Misuse of a state-issued credit card is grounds for termination, according to State Regulations. http://www.osbm.state.nc.us/files/pdf_files/BudgetManual.pdf

NCCU Chancellor Charlie Nelms has misused his state-issued credit card on multiple occasions. In violation of State and NCCU policy, NCCU Chancellor Charlie Nelms has used his state-issued credit card to make purchases while he was on personal vacation in Europe, and he has also made other prohibited purchases with his state-issued credit card while in the US.

Please join the NCCU Whistleblowers in demanding that NCCU Chancellor Charlie Nelms be terminated immediately. It is time to have an NCCU Chancellor who embodies the NCCU motto of "Truth and Service". We do not want an NCCU Chancellor who breaks the rules without consequence like an untouchable dictator.
