Soldiers who were wounded serving our country, and lost their testicles cannot start families with their children, because the DOD does not cover "third party donations and surrogacy."
These men gave their legs, and almost their lives for our country. They had a dream of coming home and starting a family with their wives, and the Department of Defense will not allow that to be covered under their insurance.

For sacrificing all that they have, they should be allowed to do something as simple as starting a family.
