Senate Republicans are doing all they can to obstruct judicial nominees and keep them from ever reaching the bench.

It is time for Senate Democrats to overcome the Republicans’ strategy of slowing, stalling and stopping judicial nominations.

The White House and the Senate must move with urgency to nominate and confirm highly qualified nominees who will uphold our core constitutional values.

The Senate has moved on schedule with Elena Kagan’s nomination, but we cannot allow the other judicial nominees to languish.
