BP recently announced that its third-quarter profits more than doubled – earning nearly $5 billion during the last three months. Other big oil companies announced that they have also raked in obscene profits this year. Yet somehow, these oil giants continue to receive billions in taxpayer-funded giveaways each year.

When the U.S. Senate voted on legislation that would have cut Big Oil handouts earlier this year, Senator Brown sided with the oil industry.

It’s past time that Senator Brown started standing up for the people of Massachusetts instead of the Big Oil companies.

Tell Senator Brown today that there should be no more handouts for Big Oil and to support any effort to cut Big Oil’s taxpayer-funded subsidies.
