More and more of our 4th amendment rights have been taken away. Scare tactics have been deployed that will cause citizens to demand the Government take action to correct the problem. More times than not we the people suffer from not solving our own problems, by giving up our rights.

Many of us do not use the standard health care system for one reason or another. Many of us fought long and hard to have Marijuana approved by our states as a medicine for our conditions that normal pharmaceuticals did not help, or made worse.

We ask President Obama and our Federal Law makers to make sure there are safeguards in place assuring States Rights. We demand that State Rule will still be in effect and that our Medical Marijuana rights are honored in the states that have passed them, and in future states who are working on passing them.

Medical Bill and States Rights to Medical Marijuana

Greetings,

I know that you have been working hard to assure that medical is accessible to all U.S. citizens and appreciate the time and effort that you have put into it.

I want assurance that States Rights will be kept in place, in the wording of the medical bill.
Many of us fought long and hard for the right to use Medical Marijuana for our ailments. Some have had bad reactions to pharmaceuticals or they just did not work for the condition. The people in who live in the states allowing medical marijuana worked long and hard for this right, while many other states are joining in for this right.

I want to see clear wording in your bill that assures our retention of States Rights and protection of Medical Marijuana.
