The Issue

More than 48,000 Americans will be murdered with guns during the next president’s term.

How can President Obama and Governor Romney face that chilling fact without a plan?  

In the aftermath of the Aurora, Colorado shootings, both candidates made moving statements that echoed the sympathy we’re all feeling. But words of condolence are not enough. The time has come for meaningful action.
