Hello,

I desire a full pardon for Shirley Ree Smith. 

She was charged with murdering her grandson who was found dead after she put him to sleep aparently from shaken-baby syndrome. The consensious of this medical condition is hardly unifrom and the medical records only show that "minimal" signs of subdural hemorrhaging was found on the child. This slight evidence coupled with a highly odd "confession"  to a social worker was enough for jurors to convict her.

On appeal from the 9th Circuit she won and was released. But the Supreme Court reversed this decision. They have had problems with the 9th Circuit earlier this year and I belive this decision was used as a message to the 9th Circuit and not to the benefit of justice, the American people, our interests, or the facts of the case.
