Hasan is in ICE detention for two months now. He has been transferred from James A. Musick Irvine Facility back to Theo Lacy Facility due to medical issues. Tell ICE detention officer to give Hasan a break!

Hasan has a wife, two little boys and three step-daughters. He was very supportive with his daughters academics, attending parent/teacher conferences, supporting the school, and etc… Hasan doesn’t have criminal background.
October 27, 2010, he was aggressively arrested by ICE due to removal/deportation from 2006.

Recently, Hasan had been locked in a cell for long hours twice for false court appearances, forced by sheriffs to be interrogated by consulate about his asylum in the past, and lost excess fluids due to medical issues.

Torturing a person to consent to leave his families is wrong! It is considered to be a violation of human rights and it is declared to be unacceptable by Article 5 of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Right.
