This past weekend, eleven female college students at Central Washington University were hospitalized after having been slipped Rohypnol— commonly known as "roofies" or the date rape drug— at a party off-campus. Authorities believe that a bottle of vodka used to make the young women mixed drinks had been spiked with the drug. 

The police were alerted to the alarming situation after a girl who had attended the party was found unconscious in a a grocery store parking lot. When they arrived at the party, it was immediately clear that something was very wrong. "Their level of intoxication just didn't seem to make sense," said Police Chief Scott Ferguson, in regards to many of the fifty party-goers, "Whatever occurred up there wasn't consensual." Included in the disturbing scene was a man found to be having sex with a "semi-conscious young woman." 

Tell Central Washington University that the guilty person(s) must be expelled. This was a large-scale act of a sexual predator and must be treated as such.

The police were alerted to the alarming situation after a girl who had attended the party was found unconscious in a a grocery store parking lot. Police Chief Scott Ferguson observed, "Whatever occurred up there wasn't consensual." Included in the disturbing scene was a man found to be having sex with a "semi-conscious young woman."

The guilty person(s) must be expelled. That includes the whoever was responsible for the party, whoever provided the drugs, and anyone who sexually assaulted a woman who had been drugged. Anything short of expulsion is a slap on the hand to a sexual predator.
