Why This Is Important
Better World Books funds literacy worldwide by reselling used books that would otherwise be discarded and investing profits from the sale of new books into global reading promotion programs. 

This holiday season, we pledge to buy our holiday book gifts from Better World Books and use our consumer dollars to fund important work promoting literacy and education.

Since it's inception, BWB has saved more than 30 million books from landfills and raised over $7 million for global literacy. Even innovative companies like Amazon cannot match BWB's social and environmental track record.

This season, we will vote with our dollars.
