Let's have a White House Conference on children's issues!

HR618 and S938 would establish a national conference on the welfare of our nations most vulnerable children and families and establish national goals for improvement in the subsequent 10 years.

Time to do something...before it's too late for more than 1.5 million homeless kids and millions more vulnerable foster kids, and kids in poverty.
