<p>Programs to force drugging on children and adults are springing up rapidly.&nbsp; The "New Freedoms Initiative", passed in 2004 by the US Congress requires psychiatric medication of large segments of the nation's population for alleged "mental health" purposes.&nbsp; Mental health diagnostic criteria, however, lack scientific substantiation and are so vague as to be meaningless since the entire population falls into one category of mental illness or another.&nbsp; In addition, the drugs are dangerous, poorly tested and often less effective than placebo although they are associated with serious and even lethal changes in body and mental functioning,</p>
<p>Like mental health drugging, vaccination is often forced upon children despite the clear dangers of inoculation (especially early infant inoculation and multiple vaccinations) and the low scientific validity of the procedure.&nbsp; The Patriot Act and other federal legislation adds to the compulsory vaccine menace by allowing compulsory universal vaccination with undisclosed, unclassified and untested substances in the event of various ill-defined threats or supposed threats to public well being.</p>
<p>The recent forced inoculation of 2300 school age children who had been denied school services until they were vaccinated with a vaccine the State's Attorney, Mr. Glen Ivey, had refused for his own children, is a case in point.&nbsp; Compulsory vaccination or medication cannot be allowed in a free country where it violates parental rights and allows the school or state to supersede the authority of the parent or, in the case of adults, violates the personal rights of the person being threatened with compulsory medication</p>
<p>Urge your Congressional Members to protect your health and health freedom now by supporting the Child Medication Safety Act, S. 891, in order to keep children safe from dangerous medications and urge protective legislations for all members of the population as well.</p>

<p><a href="http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/t/1128/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=21835">http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/t/1128/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=21835</a><br /><br />I am writing to you at the suggestion of the Natural Solutions Foundation, a tax exempt organization focused on education regarding protecting and preserving health freedom and access to natural health options, to urge you in the strongest terms possible to end compulsory drugging (including compulsory vaccinations) for children and adults.</p>
<p>This letter is addressed to both my representatives in Congress and in our state legislature. Both legislative bodies have jurisdiction over this health and freedom issue.</p>
<p>On the Federal level, pending legislation, The Child Medication Safety Act, S. 891, would prevent federal funds reaching schools which refuse education and other services to children because their parents are not willing to medicate their children with controlled substances or psychiatric medications.&nbsp; The bill also wisely prevents schools from using such an exercise of parental rights to initiate charges of child abuse, neglect, medical abuse or medical neglect (or similar charges) against parents who defy the wishes of the school to have the child medicated.&nbsp; Schools are permitted to council parents about their findings and recommendations, but not to compel their acquiescence to the will of the school.</p>
<p>On the state level, this bill will impact state policies and I want my state legislature to adopt laws to implement freedom of choice, supporting this proposed Federal initiative.</p>
<p>I urge my Federal representatives to support this bill. This is an excellent concept I urge you to co-sponsor this legislation or introduce sister legislation in the House.&nbsp; Legislators in the States can protect their citizens through appropriate legislation as well.&nbsp; In fact,&nbsp; the limitations of this otherwise excellent bill should be removed and the bill should be expanded to include no only controlled substances and psychiatric medication, but compulsory medication of all types, including vaccination.</p>
<p>BOTH FEDERAL AND STATE REPRESENTATIVES NEED TO ACT NOW TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN FROM FORCED VACCINATIONS. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION TO ANY COMPULSORY VACCINATION. State laws need to be changed to protect this right.</p>
<p>The recent violation of parental rights in Prince George's County, Maryland, where 2300 children were rounded up for compulsory vaccination with a vaccine so dangerous (Hepatitis B vaccine) that the State's Attorney who brought the action to compel parents to vaccinate their children or face fines and jail time, actually refused to expose his own children to this vaccine and refused to inoculate them.&nbsp; These children were, quite literally, inoculated at the point of a gun in the Prince George's County Court House.</p>
<p>At least six pieces of federal legislation currently exist which compel psychiatric and other compulsory medication of children and adults.&nbsp; At the same time that the Federal Government steadfastly refuses to protect children from dangerous components of vaccines like mercury (including the President's recent veto of a bill to remove the deadly substance from the vaccines of childhood) resulting in astronomical rates of pediatric neurological damage, including the epidemic of autism devastating our children and their families, more vaccinations and more forced drugging are on the legislated horizon. Despite the propaganda of the pharmaceutical companies, vaccines and psychiatric medications, indeed, all medications, pose massive health risks. Properly used drugs are documented by the CDC and other mainstream scholars, to be among the leading causes of death in the United States.&nbsp; It is my decision whether to expose my body or my child's body to such potentially lethal substances.</p>
<p>The Natural Solutions Foundation and I believe that personal ownership of my body (and guardianship of any children I may have), which confers the right to make my own medical decisions unmolested by intrusive government is my fundamental right.&nbsp; I urge you in the strongest terms to uphold this right and support legislation which protects me from the incursions of the State against my body and my rights both as a parent and as an American.</p>
<p>I CALL UPON MY STATE AND FEDERAL REPRESENTATIVES - America needs your strong leadership to stop forced drugging and compulsory vaccination.</p>
