Support a New Bill to End Federal Marijuana Prohibition

The Issue

For the first time since marijuana was effectively outlawed by the federal government in 1937, we have a chance to make marijuana legal at the federal level.

Rep. Barney Frank's new bill would end federal marijuana prohibition, making marijuana legal for adults and allowing states to decide their own marijuana laws, just like they can with alcohol and tobacco.
