Sunday Drum Fun without Permits

Sunday Drum Fun without Permits
The Issue
The Treasure Island drum circle is an unorganized weekly gathering on the beach of drummers dancers, hula hoopers, families, spectators and onlookers of all ages from Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando counties and beyond with It's purpose to share improvises rhythms, share self expression and have a good time.Over the years and recently the drum circle has been blamed for various acts that happened outside the drum circle and some during , regardless that has nothing to do with drummers that come out and should not lead to having permits since this is an unorganized group that varies from week to week. The drum circle has become so big it is now is a big tourist attraction and the city has has to step in enforce codes and ordinances which have been appreciated and obeyed for years. But it seems now city.Commissioner like Irving Butch Ellsworth and others are trying to once again threaten the circle with new limits such as permits. We hope to keep the circle open with reasonable guidelines and want to work with the city at keeping up a very safe and clean circle. If you agree to keep the Treasure Island Drum circle going un until sunset without permits please sign the petition!
ALSO aug 76pm THERE WILL BE A CITY MEETING ABOUT THIS IF YOU CAN MAKE IT THAT WOULD BE GREAT TOO!
