This is important because for one horses are our best friends and you wouldn't send your best friend to die correct? Horses to everything for us throughout history they carry us on their backs,tilling out fields, drawing wagons and carriages and enriching our lives as friends, companions and even more than what we ask for but yet they get treated like dirt, it is inhumane. If you took 2 seconds to just look at what the horses had to go thru you would be on the ground crying it is almost excruciation to see. What reason do we have to kill horses they don't do us wrong and part of the crime in this world is due to horse slaughter because people just want to make a pretty penny. If you even thought of what goes in horses you would realize that they are unfit for human consumption. The suffering starts long before they arrive to the slaughterhouse. vote for the prevention of equine crelty act H.R. 503/S. 727.
