TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 115 > § 2382

§ 2382. MISPRISION OF TREASON
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

Note: send certified letters to any and all people who should meet their responsibilities, and the trust placed in them, by reporting the treason, and Constitutional violations, that are going on in the United States. Tell them that if they don't, they can and will be brought to court for misprision of treason, which is a crime, and will be tried in criminal court as a crime, by a jury (criminal case). Not only are they cowards, but they are criminals. This was obviously the truth in Nazi Germany, and it's just as true here in the United States. I sent the required letters to the Attorney General of NY and NJ, and the Mayor of my town (Bloomfield), Mayor McCarthy but got no response from any of them. I confronted Mayor McCarthy at a Town Hall meeting (18 Jan 2011), but he wouldn't answer my questions, and it was a bit of an unpleasant, but necessary, situation. It was also important for there to have been a permanent record made of it at something like a town hall meeting which was video recorded, put on DVD by the Town Council, and put on Internet video with all the other Bloomfield Town Council meetings.
