About this Petition Petition Letter

We need to come together to have schools stop calling the police on our children. Schools need to find a way of dealing with the children and by not calling the police it hurts the parents not the child.

Dear Representative

We are having a problem with the public schools calling the police on our special needs children. The schools don't understand that it is not helping the behaviors of our children but gives us a threat of being charged for an action that our child has done and some of the children can't help with the out burst. The schools need to have a plan for this not to happen to our children. Please help our children from a threat and thinking the police only come when something they have done has upset someone. We need other options. Thank you so very much.
