Although state and federal funds are being used in order to maintain and create new infrastructure and thereby create new jobs for Americans, many of the jobs are actually being outsourced to Chinese companies. This is an unforgivable outrage. Watch this video and if it doesn't boil every American's blood, then I fear for the future of the USA:
