The red light traffic cameras are unconstitutional because they presume one is guilty and not innocent until PROVEN guilty. Furthermore, the burden of providing proof of guilt is bestowed upon the violater and not the Police. Also, there is no evidence to support traffic cameras reduce the overall number of crashes. There are studies that have shown they actually increase rear-end collisions.
