It's disturbing that people can inflict pain or torture innocent animals with only a fine or community service.We should have strict laws on this we should be able to depend on our state laws,lawmakers,judges and police. If we cannot depend on these individuals then who do we look to? Our laws were made for one reason or the other to be fair and just. All life should be valued!People who abuse animals or most likely to abuse humans. These animal abusers should not be able to own a pet. Let's stop the cycle of animal abuse together. We need these animal to be spayed or neutered to prevent over population. Which would lead to less animal abuse. Let's educate the public on what really happens to these animals when there is no room in the shelter to keep them, A life will be taken for no good reason! Let's be proud to be Americans cause at least we know were free! But what about the animals in the shelters who have done less damage to the world then most humans. I value life don't you?
