Maximum Penalty for the Men Who Hacked Up a Puppy​

Hardened police officers were shocked by the horrifying torture, mutilation and brutal slaying of a seven month old fox terrier puppy near Mackay, Australia. Police have even obtained graphic video footage of the terrible attack. The maximum penalty for such an offense is $75,000 or two years in jail but to date, the worst sentence has only been a four month jail term.

Sign this petition to make sure these criminals don't get off the hook with anything other than the absolute maximum punishment:
