Lennox a gentle, family pet dog was seized and impounded by Belfast City Council officials last May 2010. This dog has been confined, living in inhumane conditions awaiting euthanasia, because of the way he looks (he resembles a pit bull). He has never shown any acts of aggression!

Free Lennox! He is not dangerous!
Greetings,
Please return Lennox, a gentle pet, to his family.
Lennox was seized and impounded over a year ago simply because the City Council of Belfast didn’t like the way he looked. Lennox had never been aggressive with anyone and was well cared for by a responsible family.
Lennox is an American Bull dog Labrador cross that was wrongfully taken. In fact, on the day Lennox was seized, his owners were given a warrant of seizure labeled with the incorrect address. Furthermore, dog wardens illegally used breed standards declared by the American Dog Breeders Association Incorporated in which they had no authorization to do so.
Lennox is living under inhumane conditions and his family has been denied access to him.
I urge you to release Lennox so he and his family will suffer no more.
Thank you.
