Greetings,

As a constituent in your district, I request that you support Governor Brown’s budget. As residents in the great state of California, we cannot afford to double the budget cuts or send jobs out of state!

With a 12.3% unemployment rate in California and 13.9% unemployment rate in Ceres , alone. I join PowerPAC.org in urging you to vote YES on Governor Brown’s budget proposal. By opposing Gov. Brown’s proposal, you are breaking your 2010 campaign promise of seeking a balanced budget and job creation.

I am aware that Gov. Brown’s budget proposal is a smart approach to our devastating $26.6 billion deficit. The budget proposes $12.5 billion in revenue that could support police, firefighters, healthcare, education and other important government services. However, if the budget does not pass, the cuts will double, leaving thousands of families in our communities without a safety net.

Enough of the back door deals; we want a fair budget today!
