At the end of 2011, SM Entertainment promised international ELF a Super Show 4 World Tour. Many of us fans worked hard to save money and plan around this concert, however, with the announcement of the SS4 encore, it has been made painfully clear that there will be no SS4 in America, or many of the countries that were expecting it. Because we cannot bring Super Junior to America for a concert, we are petitioning for a special kind of Super Show called a Sapphire Sky Show.

This concert would be completely run by ELF who live on the the west coast of the United States, but we will gain no personal profit. Our only goal is to bring Super Junior to ELF around the world. We are hoping that after the success of this event, ELF in many cities elsewhere can also petition and use the Sapphire Sky Project orginization to succesfully plan and execute another Sapphire Sky Show in their home country.

We need to start somewhere though, and that somewhere is here.
