Samsung is just one offender of the many that fraudulently produce consumer products that perform consistently below or under the standard of which they are advertised. Currently Samsung produces a line of dvd/bluray players and smart tvs that advertise and promote the ability to connect to the internet and allow functionality with many popular online vendors. One of which is Netflix. Currently there is a list growing of other people that are experiencing this issue and are given no direct solution of timing of when Samsung is going to resolve this issue. The reason this is most troubling is that Samsung promotes widely the capabilities of its products ability to do these things. They sell and make money by deliberately duping the public into purchasing something that won't do what they say it will. This is fraud!
