Whereas, the County of Riverside is charged with protecting the health, safety and property rights of all residents.
Whereas, the County of Riverside has not provided for these safeguards through consistent and complete enforcement of permits, conditions of approval or ordinances;
Whereas, the County of Riverside is currently contemplating a plan to expand the Wine Country Policy area by threefold to 20,000 acres;

We, the undersigned, believe this expansion should not be allowed until the county demonstrates that all outstanding permit and code violations have been cleared, and all conditions of approval, including infrastructure improvements, have been completed.
