We, the citizens of Flagstaff, Arizona, urge the Flagstaff City Council to pass a resolution in which would support a 28th amendment to overturn the Citizens United V. Federal Election Commission Supreme Court decision of 2010, and resolve that corporations are private artificial entities and are not fully endowed and privileged by the Constitution of the United States.
