The coal, oil and gas industries should be required to observe the Clean Water Act, just like the rest of us.  To require this would finally put an end to the incredibly destructive practices of Mountain Top Removal and Hydro-Fracking.  Industry hacks claim these practices are not harmful to the environment, but if that was true, then they wouldn't need the pass on the CWA that the Bush-Cheney administration granted them.
