I experienced horrendous sexual and emotional abuse by the TSA during passenger screening at Terminal C at the TSA public screening and private screening areas at Birmingham Shuttlesworth Airport on November 1, 2012. I have requested copies of this TSA checkpoint and screening surveillance tapes time stamped 8:15 am to 10:15 am under my rights of the Freedom Of Information Act and received confirmation from the TSA. of my request. The case has been assigned # TSA13-0138. Since being assigned a case number, my tape requests have been stonewalled  between inter-agencies of the TSA in Washington DC, Maryland and Birmingham as well as the Birmingham Port Authority with claims of non ownership.

If I don't receive these tapes by November 30, 2012, the tapes will be erased as the TSA claims all tapes are erased 30 days post tape date.
