Reince Priebus: Call for Newt Gingrich to Step Down as Potential 2012 Nominee

Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus is specifically quoted to have said that, “Marriage is an important issue because it's a gift from God and the sanctity of marriage ought to be protected”.

As a spoken defender of the “sanctity of marriage”, we the people ask that Mr. Priebus publicly call for Newt Gingrich to voluntarily step out of the 2012 race to become Republican Presidential nominee

For those of you who may not know, Newt Gingrich is a habitual adulterer, showing time and time again that he has absolutely no respect for the institution of marriage.

Mr. Gingrich’s track record includes admittedly cheating on his first wife while she was sick with cancer, ending that marriage in divorce by handing her papers while she was still in the hospital, and admittedly cheating on his second wife about the time she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, ending that marriage in divorce as well. Mr. Gingrich is currently on marriage #3.

If Mr. Priebus does not call for Mr. Gingrich to step down, and allows him to continue his campaign for a bid to become the Republican nominee without speaking a word, we think this will present a major contradiction to Mr. Priebus’ said values regarding marriage and the sanctity of the institution, as the current RNC Chair.
