Protect the Constitution and Stop Faith-Based Abuse

Greetings,

Amendment I of the US Bill of Rights states that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. Furthermore, President Obama issued an Executive Order soon after entering office that amends the faith-based initiatives Executive Order 13199 with the text:

… the "Federal Government must ensure that organizations receiving Federal funds achieve measurable results in furtherance of valid public purposes."

… and must "ensure that services paid for with Federal Government funds are provided in a manner consistent with fundamental constitutional commitments guaranteeing the equal protection of the laws and the free exercise of religion and prohibiting laws respecting an establishment of religion."

In violation of the Executive Order and US Constitution, including Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241: Conspiracy Against Rights, Section 242: Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, and Section 245: Federally Protected Activities, radical religious organizations across the nation are still using taxpayer money to further discriminatory religious agendas. This includes the illegal use of federal subsidies to fund covert psychological influence, fabrication of intelligence, religious conversions, and the aggressive proselytizing of American citizens in the name of national security. These actions deny both religious and non-religious American citizens equal rights to employment, education, housing, public accommodations, and legal protection – lowering American productivity and destabilizing the integrity of secular American constitutional values.

Respectively, American citizens demand the integrity of the Constitution be upheld and insist full accountability of all religious organizations receiving federal aid.
