The Issue

The members of the Ramapo Federation of State College Teachers, AFT 2274, have been working without a contract since July 1, 2011. Governor Christie wants to eliminate cost of living adjustments (which keep salaries in pace with inflation), sabbaticals, career development and multi-year contracts for Professional Staff.
