It appears that President Obama is going to delay a decision on the Keystone Pipeline until after the 2012 election; once he secures the environmentalist vote it is extremely likely that within weeks after the election Keystone will be approved. We must demand that President Obama state unequivocally BEFORE the election that he will not approve the Keystone Pipeline either in its present form running over the Agallala Aquifer or any alternative route.  If we do not receive this unequivocal statement from President Obama, we will not give him ANY environmentalist support.
