The governments of the world are playing games to gain power and prestige, control of natural resources or strategic locations. The games lead to wars, genocides, massacres, human rights violations and terrorism. The games are oppressive to the people, and are creating a schism between the peoples and their governments as the governments deny their people a voice.

The World Peace Organization for the One World Government is therefore calling on President Obama to announce his support for the creation of an international government that ends the power games, and extends to all the peoples of the world the same inalienable rights granted under the U.S. Constitution to every American, but which are abrogated by the games, and for him to stand on these principles in his foreign policy decisions.

The inalienable rights granted to all the peoples of the world by the Creator of us all are:
1. The right to create our life without interference.
2. The right to be treated fairly and equally.
3. The right to have a voice in our government.

The U.S. Constitution made our nation great because it guarantees to all Americans these inalienable rights. People from all over the world have came to America to share in the opportunities and prosperity that are a natural result of these rights. By extending these same rights to all the peoples of the world, President Obama can start to end the oppression world-wide, enable the United States to regain the power we lost by U.S. foreign policy that is based on the power games, and enable the peoples of the world to function economically on a higher level.

Our Constitution is the application of the inalienable rights within the United States, and to extend the rights to the rest of the world involves the creation of an international government based on the Constitution. An additional layer of government over what already exists, but does not attempt to dictate culture or religion. That is up to the individual nations and cultures to decide. Each of the nations will be treated the same way the states are treated within the United States. The departments of the international government will bring together the world's leading experts to solve the problems we are facing as a planet.

The World Peace Plan is based on two proven concepts, the creation of an international government based on the U.S. Constitution, and the economic structure is based on the cooperation of nature. Under the plan, disputes between nations will be handled in a court system rather than the battlefield. The monies now wasted on war will go to support the people instead. The cooperation of nature involves making win-win agreements to procure needed natural resources.

For example, Iraq is a nation with vast oil reserves but needs food to feed its population, and the United States is a breadbasket and needs oil. Win-win agreements build trust and set the stage for future agreements.

Is it time for the creation of this international government? People in 58 nations already support the World Peace Plan. The idea has been introduced and debated amongst the ambassadors in Washington, DC. Now it is time for the U.S. government to declare our support for the plan, the first step in the plan's actual creation.

Many more steps will come. Eight proposals have gone out to various nations to solve their problems based on the proposed international government. The first eight proposals stabilize the Middle East.

World peace must come from the people, not the governments. In the United States, the power our government has is derived from the people, but the oppressive games Congress has played has denied us our voice, with many people rising in protest, and have created a deadlock in Congress. Our Founding Fathers put into place within the Constitution a tool to wield under that contingency. It is an Article V Constitutional Amendment Convention. It puts the power back into the hands of the states and ultimately, the people. Thirty four state legislatures must apply to Congress to hold the convention, where it will be drafted, and thirty eight state legislatures must ratify it before it becomes law.

Until this time, even with the required applications from the states, Congress has refused to to do so, fearing that they will lose their power to the states, and the possibility there will be a host of frivolous issues or important issues that they are not ready to address. We are therefore calling on the U.S. Congress to announce their support for an Article V Constitutional Amendment Convention, but under the condition that only the proposed international government, based on the World Peace Plan, will be debated. The other issues will be addressed in future legislation. This will open the door for the state legislatures to open debate on the plan with their constituents, and also declare to the world American's intent to support the end to the oppressive power games.

We ask this in the name of the people of the United States, the peoples of the world, and for future generations.

Announce their support for The World Peace Plan.

Greetings,

I just signed the following petition addressed to: president barack obama and the u.s. congress.
