Thousands of people are shot fatally while posing little or no threat to police officers. Ralfy Olivas was killed after refusing to comply with police. They fired a bean bag which didn't rightfully subdue Ralfy. The officers then fired multiple shots killing him.

! RIP RALFY OLIVAS ! Just to let you know I'm not directing any blame or hatred to the entire police force. Just to those that abuses the power of the badge and get away with killing innocent people.  They're no better than the common criminals they throw in jail. Ralfy was NEVER suicidal. He NEVER charged at the the three officers. He was MURDERED. Please help stop police abuse or brutality by signing this petition and sending this to anyone and everyone. Especially those who have suffered the same way. They must do something before more lives are wrongfully taken away. The police are to PROTECT AND PRESERVE LIFE. Not to take it away...
