Currently, our undocumented brothers and sisters in our nation's capital have no way of getting a drivers license or ID even though many have been part of our community for many years. Moreover, watchful policy tracking and an active lobbying presence is an absolute necessity in these volatile times to ensure important issues, like the DREAM Act and Administrative Relief, stay high on Washington’s agenda.
As our immigrant youth are under attack – DRM’s work is needed now more than ever. We are the countervailing lobbying power to hate-driven lobbying efforts. DRM will be the political machine to fight for undocumented youth to ensure Washington hears our voices because we will no longer remain silent.
