Please Stop The Denials of Pre Existing Conditions by the Insurance Companies.

How can this be allowed ?

People today are loosing jobs by the thousands and many employers do not offer Cobra insurance.

And when Cobra expires the Pre Existing kicks in by the next Insurance company.

If we allow this to happen there will be more and more sick people denied their right to a healthcare that they have paid for.

This is morally wrong and inhumane.

Please do not allow them to do this to us.

Most people are sick to some degree and for any insurance company to deny coverage on any pre existing condition while we pay those ridiculously high premiums is a crime.

They must not be able to get away with this.

There are a few states that have already implemented this action.

They are Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont and Washington.  All have "guaranteed issue" laws on the books.

All other states must Mandate this Action and make it Illegal to be Denied by Any Insurance Company.

Sooner or later we all will be a victim to this horrific and possibly illegal doing by the insurance companies.
