We want to get as many signatures as we can to make Whiteside County Animals Control in Rock Falls, IL 61071 a NO KILL Center and to reopen it so that peoepl can go in an adopt animals out. we pay so much to get out dogs or cats out this place i myself have paid over 700$ in 2yrs to bail my dog outta jail..Please help us make this a better place for our animals..Years ago they used to allow the public to go in and adopt and now they have a very small facility, the dogs have no outside access they lay on cold concrete floors in the own pee and fecises its heartwrenching. the dogs go in the back door in out the back. they is no other way in or out. its is horrible in deplorable. they never see the light of day.I want to stop this to help make a better place for them and allow them to be outside in a run and be adopted by the public. PLEASE SHARE AND PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION!!
